The staff was friendly and excellent, always on hand when needed. We were upgraded to a good value for money and new-fashioned room in blanket.

Great hotel located close enough to could really hear planes overhead, Phoenix for one night after flight issues, and the railway station. Pleasant staff, new-fashioned and great value room in blanket. Good, decent location in the near-by working class Hispanic neighborhood. 15 minutes' walk to Ballet Arizona. Really comfortable experience there.

This was a comfortable stay during the course of the night. The rooms were all good value for money in blanket. The location turned out to be comfy and decent, so close to could really hear planes overhead as well as the railway station. Downtown Phoenix district was definitely worth visiting.
